Data Tools in the ECoS Toolbox
These
tools are used to format and manipulate data for presentation to the
ECoS tools. The data tools currently included in the ECoS Toolbos are:
2dat - converts flat text files into the format used by the ECoS tools.
2flat - converts formatted files into flat text files
shuffle - randomly re-order the rows in a data file
mapshuffle - re-orders rows in a data file according to a specified order
concat - concatenates several data files together
hconcat - horizontally concatenates several data files together
getrows - extracts the specified rows from a data file
